Terms and conditions

1) To book, please complete this online booking form .

2) Once you receive our confirmation on the apartment availability, you must send us a confirmation of your booking by e-mail and send us the 30 % of the entire sum you will be spending for your jorney. Between the confirmation of your booking request and the payment of the deposit due, only five working days should pass; after which you could send us at least a postal or a bank receipt showing the payment you made.

4) When the deposit is received, you will get a confirmation with all the necessary information, including the phone number so that you might contact us directly. No booking will be considered registered, unless the deposit has been received.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT
The balance of the due amount should be paid at the departure.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival: Saturday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Departure: Saturday within  10 a.m.
